All equipment remains the property of Ballyhaunis Bouncy Castles or its suppliers. Equipment is used entirely at the hirer's own risk and we accept no liability for injury or loss.
Please inspect the unit once it is fully installed and report any visible faults immediately. Damage that is not reported becomes the hirer's responsibility. Once installed, equipment must not be moved or altered. Delivery and collection times are arranged in advance and we aim to give you a one hour window, though traffic and routes can shift things slightly.
The hirer is responsible for the site being suitable. If the ground is waterlogged or uneven we may have to cancel setup, and we will offer an alternative date where we can.
Excessive dirt, loss or damage is charged at full repair or replacement cost, and must be reported to us immediately.
A responsible, sober adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. The hirer must enforce the safety rules, control and limit the number of users to avoid overcrowding, provide first aid facilities where needed, and record and report any accident to us in writing.
Inflatables must not be used in high winds or heavy rain. There is a hard limit of 24mph including gusts. If in doubt, deflate and secure the unit. Do not use the inflatable when it is wet or raining unless a cover is fitted. In heavy rain, switch off and towel dry later.
Bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot go ahead on your chosen date, you may reschedule to another available date within the same season.
Follow the height and capacity labels on each unit. Keep smaller children separate from larger ones and use each unit only for its intended age group. No adults unless the unit specifically permits it.
Children must never operate the unit or inflate and deflate it themselves.
No climbing up the slide. One user at a time, feet first and arms in.
If the blower stops, evacuate the inflatable immediately, check for disconnected tubes or a blocked intake, and restart after one to two minutes. If it will not restart, contact us.
Robotic lawnmowers must be switched off for the duration of the hire. They damage inflatables and cause accidents.
We may photograph setup locations for social media and marketing. No images of children are used without express permission.
